Applying for a Staffordshire School

If you are a parent from Stoke-on-Trent you are able to apply for a school in Staffordshire or other authority. The procedure remains the same as applying for a Stoke-on-Trent School; fill in the form with your school preference (on-line or paper form) and send it to Admissions and Family Services, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke ST4 1HH. They will then liaise with Staffordshire Authority.
