If your child is in Year 6 in September 2011 and you live in Stoke-on-Trent, you can apply on-line for a secondary school place.

This service will be available from September 2011.

  • You will be notified of the outcome of your application by e-mail by March 2012.

The system helps you by checking for errors and also has a series of security procedures which will prevent anyone seeing information they are not entitled to see.

If you are applying for a Church Aided School, additional information such as baptism certificate/faith reference may be required. This can be forwarded separately.

Please Note: if you do apply on-line, there is no need to complete a paper version of the admission form. Should you wish to change any of the details on your application, you can do so up until the closing date by telephoning the Admissions Team or in writing to the address below:
